SPC flooring  is an upgrade and improvement of regular luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). The main contents of SPC are natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride and stabilizer which combined by a certain ratio to provide us a very stable composite material.

SPC flooring is the new generation of floor covering, it features: stability, high performance, completely water-proof, high density solid core, indentation resistance. It can be easy installed on different type of floor base, either concrete, ceramic or existing flooring. It is formaldehyde free, completely safe flooring covering materials for both residential and public environment.

Q1.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

A:Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take (1-2) working days for us to process the order and please allow (7-9) days for delivery via Parcel Force. Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping.

Q2. Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

A: Yes, we will send our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about one week to deliver.

Q3. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

A: You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.

Q4. What kind of currency do you accept?

A: The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. We offer (free shipping) for all your orders now. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

Q5. Can you offer samples?

A: Yes, we offer FREE samples but the customers need to pay the feright charge.
